Allillanchu llapaykichispaq! Hello everyone! My name is Juanjo and I’m a level 29 human who was born and raised in Perú. I’ve been involved in the social entrepreneurship world for almost 5 years as a way of following my lifelong ideal of making an impact in the world. Aside from my role as the Impact Manager of Inka Moss, a social enterprise that provides an additional source of income for the Andean communities of Perú through the sustainable harvest of sphagnum moss, I’m currently working on different projects ranging from community development to animal protection. I’ve been supporting In-Sight Collaborative since June of 2021 and, starting in September, I officially joined the team to develop the network and increase the outreach of our model in the Latin American region. The migration situation has always been close to me due to what some of my family members have been through and I’m glad to be working together with such an amazing group of people focused on being a source of human support to refugees and migrants. I’m always up to meeting new people, brainstorming ideas, providing support in whatever ways I can and talking about cats and music.

Hi! My name is Rina Sarfraz and I'm a Pakistani-American from New York. I’m a junior studying a Global Studies major/International Relations minor with a focus on Human Rights and Justice at Long Island University Global. I am currently now based in Turkey, working with In-Sight Collaborative. I have previously volunteered in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the refugee aid sector. Throughout my journey with In-Sight Collaborative, I help work on the Brother's Campaign by focusing on delivering sustainable humanitarian assistance to the refugee/migrant men population. I plan to continue working in this field by focusing on the need for efficient policymaking in the international development/humanitarian aid sector. I hope you all follow us along on our work! :)
