This module is an introduction to moral distress and moral injury (MD/MI) in the context of humanitarian work. Whether you are a career humanitarian, a part-time volunteer, or someone who wants to learn more about supporting the humanitarians in your life, this module will give you a thorough introduction to MD/MI, how to identify it in yourself and others, and some tools to help you cope if you think you have been morally injured. This module is not intended to replace support from a medical professional.
