"Challenging the status quo doesn't mean you want to do away with everything completely. All it means is that you've come to realize that there's a better way to accomplish certain goals and make their benefits both amplified and more easily accessible." - Mike Drusano
In the past year, In-Sight Collaborative has gone through a massive restructuring of our Board of Directors, welcoming old friends but new leaders as incoming Board Members or as newly appointed Executive Board Members. This new chapter of leadership has already yielded immense growth and new energy at the organization as we continue to transition people into new leadership roles. We would like to thank former board members Farah Shemisa, Aws Jubair, Mohammad Atrash, Kirstyn Campblell, Pree Seghal, and Juanjo Ladines for their amazing contributions to the organization and wish them the best on their future endeavors!

"In-Sight is showing the harm perpetuated by the current humanitarian system. It's a brave and bold initiative in a sector where people think having a good intention and lots of money is the cure to every problem. In-Sight is showing that there is a path outside of the non-profit industrial complex." - Emily Reznicek
